These confetti balloons are a fantastic addition to birthday party decorations. Each pack contains 6 clear latex balloons with a gold ‘Happy Birthday’ print, multi-colored confetti, and an acetate sheet. You can easily fill the balloons with confetti using the provided acetate sheet. They measure approximately 32 cm (12 inches) and come uninflated in a pack of 6. You can inflate them with either air or helium.
