Can you ship my order to a different address?

Yes sure. We can ship your order to any address you want, provided that you include this information at check out. Just click on “SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS” in your order checkout page and fill in the shipping address details.

Do you offer wholesale, wedding or company party’s?

If you share our passion for excellence and you are looking for a partner we would really like to hear from you. You can also order any quantity you want at a lower prices, for company or weddings party’s. In large quantities we need at least 2 months notice.

How to apply a promo code

  1. Enter the promo code at checkout
  • Ensure you enter the code exactly as provided, without any spaces.
  • Type or copy the code and paste it into the ‘Coupon code’ box.
  • To reveal the ‘text box’ click the arrow as shown below the ‘Click here to enter the code’.

2. Make sure you click ‘Apply Coupon’

  • After entering the code, click ‘Apply Coupon’.
  • The code will be added to your order.
  • You’ll see the promo value and the total order amount will adjust to reflect the code.

How long does it typically take for packages to be dispatched after payment confirmation, and what is the shipping process for international orders?

Packages are typically dispatched within 1-2 days after payment confirmation and are securely shipped from Cyprus. You will receive a tracking number for your shipment. You can select your preferred shipping method during checkout, and we will provide a tracking link for online package tracking. International orders are follow a similar process, but please allow for extended delivery times.

Can you tell me about your online security?

Ensuring the security of our customers is a top priority for us.  We are dedicated to keeping our customers safe. To achieve this, we conduct security checks on all orders. If we are unable to validate your order, we may contact you to request additional information to complete the order.

All order are send with secure/insured shipping so there is no worries, if your order does not reach you in an expected reasonable time you have the right for refund (money back) or item exchange (buyer’s choice).

Can I return my order back for refund or exchange?

Certainly, you have the right to return any goods for either an exchange or a refund.  If you have any inquiries about our items, please contact us before placing an order

To process a return:

  1. Ensure the returned items are in new, original, unused condition, including original tag and packaging.
  2. Contact us via email authorisation or by filling a contact form directly from our system.
  3. After taking these steps, await a confirmation email containing a reference number for your return request.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refund or exchange for any incorrectly placed orders.
  • All returned merchandise is subject to inspection and approval before credit is issued.
  • You must inform us in writing within two (2) days of receiving the order and obtain a return reference number.

Please note that you cannot return any custom-made order, unless it is faulty.

I've received a faulty item, what should I do?

Please return the item to us as soon as possible so that we can resolve this issue.

When returning the item remember to select ‘Faulty’ as the reason for your return. If you encounter any difficulties with the return, please contact our Customer Care team customerservices@msformemories.com,  and they will assist you.

I've received an incorrect item in my order, what should I do?

If you have received an item you didn’t order, please contact us and return it to our warehouse. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the item. If you still want the correct item and it’s in stock, you can place a new order through our website. Simply log into ‘My Account’, view your original order, and add the correct items to your shopping bag.

Returning an Unwanted item?

We understand that sometimes an item just doesn’t work for you, and you want a refund.

Don’t worry; as long as the item is still is in original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules outlined below, which include fair use guidelines. These rules do not affect your statutory rights.

  • For a full refund, you can return an item within two (2) days of it being delivered or made available collection.
  • We aim to refund you within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned item.

After This Period?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for unwanted items beyond the specified return period mentioned above.

Attempting a return may result in the item being sent back to your default delivery address, with delivery costs to be covered by you. u to cover the delivery costs.

Responsibility:

Until your returned items reach us, they are responsibility. Please ensure they are properly packed to prevent damage during transit.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives at  our facility, be sure to obtain proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We are not responsible for items returned to us by mistake (it can happen!). If we locate the items (not always possible), and you want them returned to you, you will be responsible for covering the delivery costs.
