Returning an unwanted item?
We understand that sometimes an item just doesn’t work for you, and you want a refund.
Don’t worry; as long as the item is still is in original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules outlined below, which include fair use guidelines. These rules do not affect your statutory rights.
- For a full refund, you can return an item within two (2) days of it being delivered or made available collection.
- We aim to refund you within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned item.
Full Refund Requirements:
For a full refund, all items must be returned to us unused, in the same condition as received, with their original packaging and all tags attached.
Can I exchange my item?
You have the option to return your unwanted item for an exchange, although you may be asked to cover the delivery cost. If you have questions about our items, please contact us before placing your order.
- Exchanges require prior authorization via email, or by filling out a contact form from our system and waiting for confirmation.
- We are not responsible for items ordered incorrectly, so please be ensure your order is correct.

- You must inform us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order.
Responsibility:
Until your returned items reach us, they remain your responsibility. Please ensure they are properly packed to prevent damage during transit. As the parcel remains is your responsibility until it reaches us, obtain proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Refund Timeline:
For all returns, we aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to take legal action if we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity.
