Order Processing and Shipping

We typically dispatch packages within 1-2 days after receiving your payment. These packages are shipped securely from Cyprus and come with tracking information.

During the checkout process, you have the option to choose your preferred shipping method before confirming your purchase. Regardless of the shipping method you select, we will provide you with an online tracking link so you can monitor your package’s delivery progress.

For international orders, we follow the same process, but please be aware that international deliveries may take longer to reach their destination. Thank you for your understanding.

Cyprus – Local Courier (P2P) Pickup:

    • Pickup is available for all local orders, and it‘s the Point to Point (P2P) option. Your parcel will be received within 1–2 days from your nearest courier for free.

Cyprus – Local Courier (D2D) Delivery:

    • Delivery is available for all local orders, and it’s the Door to Door (D2D) option.
    • Your parcel will be delivered directly to your preferred postal address within 1-2 days.
    • Delivery includes handling and packing for a flat rate of €3.50

Cyprus – Local Courier (D2D) Same Day Delivery:

    • Delivery is available for all local orders, and it’s the Door to Door (D2D) option.
    • Your parcel will be delivered directly to your preferred postal address on the same day of your order
    • Delivery includes handling and packing for a flat rate of €6.50.
    • This option is preferable for balloon bouquets.

Rest of the World – UPS :

    • We offer UPS express shipping to destinations worldwide.
    • Parcels typically arrive within 2-5 working days at most locations across the globe.
    • Rest assured, we provide UPS tracking data for all packages, and they are fully insured.
    • The postage rate, which includes both handling and packing, is offered at a flat rate of €42.30.
