In the unlikely event that we need to refuse or cancel an order (even if we have previously confirmed your order) – for example, if we notice something unusual with an order or an account, or if your order exceeds unit limits as detailed on the product display pages – please understand it’s not intended to be offensive. Instead, get in touch with Customer Care, and they will gladly discuss this with you.

At MS FOR MEMORIES, we’re always on the move, and occasionally, our dedicated team may inadvertently misprice or describe a product or promotion. If we identify an error concerning any items you’ve ordered, we’ll promptly notify you and provide two options: either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

If we’re unable to reach you, we’ll consider the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel, and you’ve already made a payment, we’ll issue a full refund.

Our prices include packing and handling charges where applicable. Additionally, depending on your order’s value, chosen delivery option, or delivery address, there may be delivery costs (see below). These additional charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process and included in the ‘Total Cost.’

Please note that the size and diameter of our products may slightly differ from the sizes indicated in our product descriptions.

Furthermore, it’s important to keep in mind that due to screen variations, including lighting effects, monitor brightness, and contrast settings, the color tones in the pictures may slightly differ from the actual items.
